My Story: From Drift to Discovery
After nearly 30 years of marriage, raising children, and finding my way back to faith as an adult, I’ve learned that Catholic marriage isn’t just about staying together—it’s about growing in holiness together. My husband and I have weathered storms, celebrated milestones, and discovered that our faith isn’t something we practice only on Sundays; it’s the foundation beneath every decision, challenge, and joy we face.
As our children grow and begin their own faith journeys, I’ve come to see that being a Catholic woman means more than managing a busy life. It means being a steward of faith, love, and legacy. I understand the weight of balancing roles while trying to stay rooted in your values—and I’m here to help you rediscover clarity, purpose, and peace in your own walk with God.
Finding My Calling as a Catholic Life Coach
My path to coaching began during my own season of searching for meaningful work. I experienced firsthand the transformative power of having someone listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help me see possibilities I couldn’t see on my own. I discovered that coaching aligned perfectly with Catholic teaching about the dignity of every person and the belief that each woman has unique gifts meant to serve God’s kingdom.
Today, as a Catholic Certified Life and Mindset Coach, I see my work as both profession and ministry. I’m passionate about helping Catholic women break free from the limiting beliefs that keep them stuck, overcome the overwhelm that steals their peace, and rediscover the joy and purpose that comes from living authentically as daughters of God.
